1. Overview
We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how we use and protect it.
2. Information We Collect
Account information: your registration email; when you sign in with Apple / Google, the anonymous identifier and email returned by those systems. Passwords are stored only as irreversible hashes — we cannot see them.
Learning data: course progress, lesson completions, review (spaced repetition) schedule and answers, learning statistics (streak, XP, accuracy), placement results, and your language settings.
Purchase information: subscription status, product identifiers and transaction receipts (used to validate your subscription).
Device & usage data: device platform (iOS / Android) and in-app events (e.g. screen views, purchase taps) for analytics and product improvement.
Local storage: sign-in tokens stored on your device to keep you logged in.
We do not collect contacts, photos, location, or biometric data; we use no third-party ad SDKs; we never sell personal data.
3. How We Use Information
Create and manage your account and keep you signed in;
Record and sync your learning progress and review schedule;
Verify purchases and manage entitlements (including restores);
Understand product usage to improve courses and the app;
Respond to your support requests.
4. Third Parties
Apple / Google: sign-in (Sign in with Apple / Google Sign-In) and in-app purchases are processed directly by Apple and Google under their own privacy policies; we receive only the minimum information needed to verify your account.
Cloud hosting: server data is stored with a cloud provider solely to operate the Service.
5. Retention & Deletion
Learning and account data is retained while your account exists. You can delete your account in-app under Profile → Delete Account; we erase or anonymize your personal data within 30 days (except where retention is required by law). Subscription records may be retained as transaction ledgers for financial compliance, decoupled from identifiable information.
6. Children
The Service is rated 4+, is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
7. Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS; passwords are hashed; access tokens are short-lived and rotated. We apply reasonable organizational and technical safeguards, though no internet transmission can be guaranteed absolutely secure.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time and will post changes here with a revised effective date. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email.
